    Thanks for the vote!

    The error you're seeing suggests that your Reach 360 account doesn't have permission to publish training content. While you have an Articulate 360 authoring license, that doesn't automatically grant publishing permissions in Reach 360.

    This article outlines the tasks available in Reach 360 and which roles have permission to perform them. Only Reach 360 Admins can publish courses in Reach 360. If you have a different role, you can submit your training for a Reach 360 Admin to review and publish. In many organizations, the Reach 360 Admin is also the owner of the Articulate 360 Teams subscription.
