Another questions about this. Can we edit the content if it's left in a Rise. For example, if one section of real content wasn't as applicable for my organization, can I remove it, and conversely, if I wanted to add something, could I put my own section in? Thanks for the help.

You are spot on. As long as the Real Content course remains a Rise course, you can customize it, i.e., remove or add items to it. Here are more details on that.
