Recommendation for poll or discussion forum that embeds well in Storyline?

I would like to know any good resources to be embedded in .story which:

1. Allow learners to answer a (multiple choice) survey question and then see how their peers answered it in chart form. Basically polling the audience in an asynchronous way
2. Respond with text entry to a prompt and allow learners to see how their peers responded. 

I know there are embeddable 3rd party tools for this, but wondering if anyone has one they love that embeds well into a .story.
