Record Question and Answer from storyline scorm to LMS
Hi, I have used survey essay questions for the learner to answer. I want the LMS to record the question and answer into the system for tracking. I found that the LMS recorded the answer but not the questions. Does anyone knows how should I set in storyline to have both Q&A recorded in LMS? I am attaching a sample file for your review. Thanks in advance for helping me to figure this out.

I see you published this to SCORM 1.2... I tried that too and like you cannot see the actual question in the reporting. However, when I published it to SCORM 2004, I could see the questions in the report. Is publishing to SCORM 2004 an option for you?
I need it to be converted to Scorm 1.2 for my LMS. Is there a workaround to have the question in?

Scorm 1.2 does not send question data as Veronica points out. I have seen a hack on here where someone managed to do it but cannot find now.
Thanks. I tried to published in scorm 2004. Seems to work. But does anyone knows if we can edit the survey. I realised that we can review but not able to edit it again once we have answered the questions. Is there any way to do it?

So I use storyline and scorm 2004 and my LMS is Brightspace.
Either I'm using a quiz, or a survey, I cannot get the Interactions data set populated.
How can I make sure the SCORM tells the LMS to capture learner responses?
