Record Screen Glitch

Hello friends. I am having an issue recording a screen. When I select Full Screen or drag the box to fit just what I want, Storyline looks like it is recording everything, but the output is something different.  

It will only record a small part of what I want to record. I have played with screen size settings and made multiple attempts, and the output is still not what I am going for.  It will only record a section of the screen.  And it's the same section every time.  Has anyone had this issue? If so, how did you fix it?

    Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community!

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue but I'm happy to help troubleshoot! First, I'd like to check if you're using multiple monitors. Some screen recordings are misaligned when recording on external/multiple monitors when DPI is greater than 96. If this is the case, can you try setting the scaling of both monitors to 100%?

    Please let me know if that doesn't do the trick!
