Having the same problem using external monitors. However, the problem occurred only on the one, where I adjusted the display setting to 110%.

I'm sorry for the trouble with screen recording! Your observation is correct. When the display setting is set outside of 100%, problems with screen recording may happen. Can you confirm if the issue is resolved when using 100%?
