Red X Showing Up on All New Project

Hello Everyone! I am working on a Mac on Storyline 360 using the Parrallel Window/Mac conversion program. Everytime I go to edit this project I am working on, I get this Red X and an error messa...

Let me ask you a few questions to narrow down the issue:

  • Are you working from a local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive. 
  • Is this happening with one specific project, or multiple .story files?
  • Have you attempted to repair Storyline 360? Here are the instructions.

If a repair doesn't solve the issue, or if it's happening with a specific file, can you share the .story file with us through a support case?
