Reference Text is smaller than other reference text
I have summary page in a file where users can see their response to each of the question they answered. Unfortunately, the reference text for the first response is resizing to a much smaller size than the rest of the references.
These are the settings for the shape.
We have a special font, but I did try it with Arial and am having the same results. :(
Interestingly a later slide is pushing my reference sizes out all the same. I tried copy and pasting from the working slide.. but it didn't work.
Any ideas?
I fixed my own issue! I added a shape to my text box and put my text into the shape instead of a text box.
I though this was fixed... but it's happening again and I can't seem to animate the text it's very weird. On the slide that shows the inputed text, first it shows the text as it should be then it's animating over top of the text. and it looks awful

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue with the text. This is strange, and I'm happy to help narrow down the issue.
- Is this happening when you're previewing the slide or viewing the published output?
- Have you tried importing the slides into a new Storyline file to see if that changes anything?
If you're willing to share your file with us here or privately in a support case, I'll be happy to take a closer look to troubleshoot further. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
