Remove Progress\Completion bar

I am developing a series of state-wide regulation guides that our client wants built in Rise. The search function and navigation menu are must-haves, but since this is a reference guide, they do NOT want the completion progress or Lesson 1 of x elements to appear.
I see others have made the same requests for years. Can this be added as a feature request to be able turn off just those elements without shutting off the sidebar completely?
