Remove results slide or set at 100%
hi,
In Rise, as a workaround to capture a survey question I'm considering adding a Quiz question with no correct answer, pass rate 0%. but it looks odd having a results slide showing 0%.
Is there a way to add CSS to either remove the results slide, set all answers as correct regardless of single selection, or set the results slide to show 100%?

I would be interested in knowing if a results slide could be removed as well. We have 3 questions we would like to ask our new hires to acknowledge. We want to capture their responses but don't want them scored.

Within a Rise course, it's not possible to remove or edit the Quiz Results page.
