Remove underline from bullets
I have an imported powerpoint file and some of the bullets imported with underlines. If one is underlined on a slide, they are all underlined. I can remove the bullets and the underline goes away. The underline is never under the sentence text. The only way I have found to remove the underline is to create a new text box and retype everything.

Welcome to the community. Please make sure that you are working locally with all of your files, including the PPT file. Have you seen this happen before? You may want to run a repair of Storyline if this issue persists over numerous files. Also, you may want to import the SL file into a new file to see if this helps.

Hi Frederic! As you can see here, I have no update on Merritte here. Did you go through the troubleshooting that Emily shared above?
I'm having the same issue.
I have had the same issue several times and have never found a way to
remove them. I always end up deleting all text, creating a new text box,
and start all over.I would like to see a fix for this as it does happen fairly often when
importing PowerPoint documents.Merritte

I tried unsuccesfully....
I followed the same way Merritte... deleting and re-creating !
Are you working in Storyline 1 or 2? If anyone has an example to share, please share here with our team to take a look at.
Working in storyline 2. Don't remember ever having the problem in storyline
