It sounds like you had questions about removing Notes from your Storyline course. I'd be happy to help with this!
To clarify, do you need to replace the notes that were carried over from PowerPoint with new language? Or just remove them completely? If you don't need to display notes in your Storyline course, you can toggle the feature off by accessing Player Properties > Features and deselecting the option next to Notes.
However, if you need to revise or delete the notes that carried over from PowerPoint, that would need to be done on a slide-by-slide basis.
