Replace existing certificate in Reach 360?
Hi, If I create a certificate in Storyline, is there a way to then add this certificate to an existing course created in Rise and published in Reach? Or does the whole course need to be fully created in storyline?
I need to have more branding options for the course certificates other than what is offered in the existing template.

Reach 360 does allow you to create and manage custom certificates. However, the design options will be more limited compared to what you can build with Storyline 360. The Storyline content itself is likely a custom Slide or interaction, and not something that can plug into Reach 360's built-in certificate interface.
Caitlin_B is spot on with her Storyline Block suggestion! You can create your custom certificate fully in Storyline (with your branding, layout, etc.) and then embed that Storyline content as a Storyline Block at the end of your Rise course. If the Rise course has already been published to Reach 360, it will need to be republished for the changes to take effect.

Not sure if I’m 100% understanding the problem, but if you’re trying to put something you created in Storyline into a Rise course, you can use a Storyline embed block in Rise.
