Reporting Non-graded questions to LMS

Hi,

Not sure if this is doable. We were thinking to use Storyline non-graded questions for a survey. We need to track the answers to those non-graded questions. What we did so far was publishing to LMS with SCORM 2004 2nd, and when we tried to pull a report, there was no record on the answers. Our LMS is Cornerstone on Demand. But when we tried in SCORM Cloud, we were able to see the users' choices. Any insights are appreciated. We are open for any suggestions.
