Reset Quiz Retries in Rise 360
Hi, I've just been asked to create a course with 2 attempts at the quiz, and to make people restart if they fail it twice. It appears that this cannot be done in RISE. I did even try to add a Storyline block that would do this, only to find that the block cannot restart the course either! I cannot believe that in 2025, we cannot have a 'restart' button when the 'maximum attempts' have been reached! Even an option to reset the course to start state would be better that forcing 'continue where you left off'. It's all very well having AI this and that added to Rise, but requests for this basic needed functionality are still being ignored, years after people asked for it. Please sort this Articulate.
I too am surprised this has not been addressed after so many years. The Retry count is really useless since they never get the chance to start the course over and try again.
Whether or not a student can retake the course (in whole or in part) depends on your navigation settings. In our courses, if a student fails a Quiz, they can revisit and redo any part of the course.
