Reset Quiz Retries in Rise 360

If I set a required passing score and limit the retries to 2, what happens if they don't pass the course in 3 tries? Can they never attempt to pass the course (quiz) again? Or is there a way t...
Hi there, Dan! Unless the LMS you're using can reset the learner's progress and/or clear their attempts at the course, the learners won't be able to complete the course if they've exhausted their retries without passing.
I'll defer to the community on whether Showpad or Lessonly have that option.
