Resetting to Initial State Doesn't Work...
Can someone tell me why Articulate Storyline still has options in a knowledge check selected after a "try again" even though I clearly specified in the settings that I want it "reset to the initial ...
When I jump to the slide it resets my number of tries which leaves the learner able to get it wrong indefinitely.

I'm sorry to hear you've hit this snag! A misplaced trigger may be resetting the number of tries variable in your Storyline course. If you're comfortable sharing your file with us, we'd be happy to look at how the triggers are set up and suggest a fix. You can upload it here or privately in a support case.
