Resetting User Enrollments in Reach 360

Hello - 

 

We have a Rise course that we published to Reach and asked a group of people to review. Now that the course is finalized, how can we reset the enrollment for those users so that they are seeing the newest version of the course and need to take the course and pass the quiz for credit?

    I'm happy to help!

    Once you update an existing training, you'll need to republish the project so that learners see the reflected changes. Here's how:

    1. Select the training to access the training details.
    2. Select Publish Updates to open the Publish Course window.
    3. Review the publish settings as detailed in the previous section, making any changes as necessary.
    4. Select Publish.

    Learners won't be notified when the training is updated, so you'll have to let them know there are changes. They'll remain enrolled in the course, so there's no need to re-enroll them. I hope this helps!
