Is there some way of creating subheadings within the 'resource' tab so that the resources posted can be viewed by topic rather than all jumbled together in a long list?

Hi Mary and welcome to the Articulate community!
There isn't a way to add a subheading or category to the elements within the resource tab, but it sounds like a good idea for a feature request.
As a possible solution for you now, you could try and edit the names of the documents to give some reference to a group. You don't have to change the file name for that. When you upload the file, you're asked for a title and that's where you can get creative (e.g. "Marketing: Factsheet XYZ".
Hope this helps

That works. Once I've clustered like items under the same category I just need to alphabetize them to give them further order.
Thanks very much.

Hi all,
Even 7 years later, I'm looking for such an awesome solution :-)
I know that I can sort the links/files with the little arrow (up/down) to arrange them, but subheadings would contribute a lot to the visual overview.
Is it possible to produce subheadings in the resource section with articulate 360, 1.57.26407.0 or do I still need to do it via the "names" of the files / links?
Many thanks for your reply.
Regards, Fabian

Here's an option I use to provide more context for Resources: I put them in a slide that's lightboxed via a custom Player tab. This post provides details:
