I managed to add documents to the Resources link without any issues. However, recently, I created a course and added multiple PDF documents, but there is one that I have uploaded and will not open. What am I doing incorrectly? I have also uploaded the document to SharePoint and added the URL and still it won 't open. It is the only document on the list of those that I have uploaded to this course that will not open. It came from the same folder. Please help!

    Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? Please include a copy of the affected PDF file as well. We'll delete your files when we're done testing!
