Resources Tab Does Not Display on Quiz Items

Have a project with 4 exam banks and about 40 items. Player is set to display a pdf resource in the upper right and the file is properly linked. Individual slides/quiz items are set to display resource. When previewing the entire project, the resource tab will not display nor will it when published in our LMS (SABA).

Please advise.

    Hi Manfred,

    Thanks for contacting us to share what you are running into with your project.

    It sounds like you have the resource tab enabled in your player settings. I recommend double-checking your slide properties to be sure that the default player settings are enabled on your quiz slides as well.

    If you'd like me to take a look, then with your permission, I'd be happy to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

      Hello Manfred!

      I wanted to share that we are no longer seeing this bug, Player Tabs are missing in the Question bank slides if the tabs are not enabled on at least one slide in the file that is outside the QB, in our latest version of Storyline 360.

      Please make sure you're using Storyline 360 (Build 3.61.27106.0) or later. You can reach our Support Team in this discussion or privately in a support case if you have additional questions.
