restart action not resetting menu and seekbar.

I am facing an issue with restart button action. if i click on the button the menu and seek bar was not resetting and if i close the course and relaunch its working fine. is this a tool bug or...
Thanks for testing in SCORM Cloud! Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so I can check why the restart course button isn't working fo you? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
