Restart course trigger keeps showing the results page despite having jumped to different slide in the menu
I have made new project file to test the working of the 'Restart Course' trigger.
It's not working like I have always used this button up until now, I don't think.

We just released Storyline 360 (Build 3.94.33511.0), which includes a fix for a bug that was reported in this thread: restart-course triggers didn't reset question slides to their initial states.
To take advantage of this fix and others, all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app!

Would you mind sharing how your Restart course trigger is set in your course so we can check the behavior? There have been a few iterations of the restart course trigger bug, so we'll need to know exactly what you're experiencing to identify how to address it. Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!
The same issue occurs with the Restart Course trigger in Storyline v3.93.33359.0. While the quiz questions appear to reset (choices are cleared), the answer choices become unselectable when trying to retake the quiz after restarting the course. In short:
- The Restart Course trigger clears selected choices in the quiz.
- However, it creates a new issue—preventing choices from being selected again.
