Results slide always loading!
I recently launched a SCORM for the employees of our company, about 2000 people. However, I received feedback from only 5 people that the results slide kept loading and when they reopened the SCORM, it said that it was not completed, need to start again. Does anyone know what is the problem? Is it related to browser?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with viewing the LMS output.
You are correct that the issue may be browser-related, especially since it only happens to some employees. If they are already using the latest version of a supported browser, we recommend the steps below and see if they help.
- Please clear your browser cache and cookies, then reaccess the course.
- Use Incognito mode to rule out possible browser extensions that may be causing the problem.
- Use a different browser; ensure your browser has the latest updates and JavaScript is enabled.
