Results slide not working

Hi everybody.

Results slide not working. We have created the test scene simulation. Even when we click on wrong tab, the result comes out as 'passed'. Pls help us build this results slide. Below are the SS for your reference:

    Hi King1​,

    Thanks for sharing the screenshots! I know how confusing it is when a results slide always shows “Passed,” even when the learner selects the wrong option.

    In most cases, this happens when the simulation or test-mode slide isn’t actually being scored, so the results slide sees 0 points possible and interprets that as a passing outcome.

    To help us make sure everything is wired up the way you intended, could you share a quick screen recording of what happens when you run through the interaction?

    If the issue is tied to a specific file, you’re also welcome to share your Storyline file here or privately through a support case, and we can take a closer look together.

    Once we can see how the slide is set up and how it’s being tracked, we’ll be able to point you to the right fix.
