Review 360 - Anyone experience issues with feedback not posting?
I have SMEs that are now having difficulties posting comments. My project is not locked down. After they enter their email address, the field appears where they would add a comment. Unfortunately, they cannot click into the field.

If reviewers can enter their email address but can’t click into the comment field, that’s not expected behavior and is often tied to the browser or local environment rather than the Review 360 item itself.
As a quick check, it can help to have them clear their browser cache and cookies, then try opening the link in an incognito or private window to rule out extensions, or test in a different, fully up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled.
If the comment field is still unresponsive after trying those steps, the best next move is to open a support case so our support engineers can dig into what’s happening in that environment and help get things working again.
