Review 360 - Please add prompt to relaunch from beginning or resume from last position.
Hello DeveloperIgniti,
I can see why this would be challenging, especially when you’re reviewing content over multiple sessions.
Here’s how this works today. Review 360 sessions don’t currently retain a reviewer’s progress after a page reload, so each time the link is reopened, playback starts from the beginning. What’s happening here is that Review 360 is designed primarily for capturing feedback rather than tracking viewing progress across sessions.
That said, your suggestion to offer a resume prompt for signed-in reviewers makes a lot of sense, particularly for longer courses or multi-day review cycles. I’ve shared your feedback with our product team, and we’re continuing to track this need as we evaluate ways to improve the reviewer experience.
Let me add my voice to DeveloperIgniti's. That resume feature would be quite useful. I gather that Review 360 does not actually act as an LMS and retain information sent by SCORM. You have Reach, so I'm assuming that you could use that existing code in Review if you chose.

Hi CarlFink1,
Thanks for adding your voice. I appreciate you taking the time to add to this thread, and you’re right that Review 360 doesn’t track progress the way an LMS or Reach 360 does.
It sounds like you’d like to pick up where you left off when you come back to a course. At the moment, content opened in Review 360 starts over each time you relaunch it, though it keeps your place when you switch between the review and feedback tabs in the same session. I don’t have a timeline to share, but it’s helpful to know a resume feature would be useful to you as well.
We’re here if any questions come up along the way.
