Storyline 3.122.37526.0 – Arrow Objects Shift Position After Publishing
We recently upgraded Storyline to version 3.122.37526.0.
Since this update, we have been experiencing a issue across our projects. The position of arrow-shaped objects changes after publishing, resulting in a mismatch between the layout in the editor and the published output.
There are no triggers, animations, or anything else involved. The extent of the position shift appears to be related to the size of the arrow.
As a temporary workaround, we reverted to the previous version of Storyline, and the arrow positioning issue is no longer occurring.
Hi, everyone!
I have some good news to share.
We fixed the issue where horizontal and double-arrow objects could shift position in Preview and published output. The fix is available in Storyline 360, Build 3.122.37553.0.
To apply the fix, open the Articulate 360 desktop app and install the latest Storyline 360 update.
Thank you again to everyone who took the time to report the issue and share your experiences. Your feedback helped us identify and resolve this regression.

I am having this exact issue, it's very annoying.
I have some complicated diagrams e.g. workflows. Now everything is a mess.
I thought maybe a glitch with animations, so I disabled them, and it hasn't fixed it. I hope this gets fixed soon in an update rather than us having to roll back to the previous version.

Hi, JoDS31! Thanks for sharing the details, and thanks to Kingman and MEJohnson for confirming you're seeing the same behavior.
We've confirmed this is a regression affecting arrow and double-arrow objects in the latest Storyline 360 update. Currently, these objects may shift position in Preview and published output even though they appear correctly during authoring.
Thanks as well for sharing that reverting to the previous version resolved the issue for you. That's the recommended workaround while our engineering team works on a fix. If anyone else is affected, installing Storyline 360, Update 121 should prevent this behavior. You can find instructions for installing a previous version of the desktop authoring apps here.
We'll update this discussion as soon as the fix is available. We appreciate everyone taking the time to report the issue and share your experiences.
