I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360. This update fixes the issue you encountered where Review 360 feedback screenshots are not aligned with the Rise 360 blocks where the comments are posted. There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available.

i am having this issue now and Firefox is no better.

Sorry to hear that you ran into a similar issue. As a troubleshooting step, can you try adjusting the DPI setting of your monitor to a value close to 100% to see if this fixes the issue?
You can right-click anywhere on your desktop and select Display Settings to modify this value. You'll also want to make sure all of your browsers are up-to-date.
