This behavior appears to be isolated since I'm not seeing this issue being reported by other users, and I was also unable to replicate it on my end. Here's a screenshot of how the feedback functionality works when I leave a comment.
Can I ask if you are still experiencing the behavior? If yes, I'd like to ask the following information:
- Have you tested Review 360 in other browsers? Did you experience the same behavior when you did?
- Are your browsers up-to-date?
- Have you tried doing a hard refresh of your browser? Here's how: Hold down Ctrl + Shift and click on your browser's reload button.
