Review 360 Links Not Working on Laptop
Hi Team,
Since Friday, 21st March, I’ve been experiencing an issue with Review 360 links on my laptop. Whenever I try to open a link, I am redirected to the sign-in page. However, after entering my credentials and clicking Sign In, the page keeps buffering indefinitely.
This issue seems to be specific to my laptop—I can access my account without any problems on my tablet.
Steps I’ve Already Tried:
• Cleared browser cache
• Reset browser settings
• Tried different browsers and network connections
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue. Has anyone else faced a similar problem? If so, please let me know how you resolved it. Any guidance on fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for sharing the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Last week, on March 21st, we experienced an outage which caused intermittent technical difficulties in some Articulate 360 applications. Since then, we have released a stable fix, but the behavior you've described sounds similar to reports from other users on that day.
