Review 360 not loading in China
Hi there,
I have a course that I would like to share for feedback via Review 360. I have already uploaded it and the link seems to work for almost everybody, except one user located in China.
She has tried to open the link with both Chrome and Edge browsers (the ones that are available for us at work). She does it in the office, while being connected to company VPN.
Could you advise on what can we do so that she can access it?

I'm happy to help! I understand you have a user who can't view the Review 360 link in Chrome or Edge. My first thought is that it might be a browser cache issue. Can you ask the user if they've tried viewing the Review 360 link in an incognito window? This article explains how to start an incognito window using Google Chrome.
If that doesn't do the trick, is there an opportunity for them to work with their IT team to see what might be causing that specific link not to open when connected to their company VPN?
