Review 360 not playing audio
I have seen this problem a handful of times in the community but no solutions have been posted.
I uploaded multiple SL 360 files to Review and a few of them are not playing audio. The audio works...

I too am having this issue. Has there been a fix to this problem? My courses go out to 23,000 people and I can't have them continuously clicking the play button to get the audio to work.

Hi susanjohnson1! Sorry for the trouble! We can definitely help. Are you finding that this is happening for all of your users who are viewing the course in Review 360? If it isn't all of them, it would be helpful to know which browser they are using to see if the behavior only occurs when viewing the course in a specific browser. Lastly, if you can provide a Review link so we can test this on our end, that would be helpful! You can share it publicly in this discussion or privately in a support case.
