Review 360 requiring Articulate account holders to sign in to leave feedback

I see this is years ago but Articulate has not fixed this problem. It offers no option to allow comments unless someone creates an account ID. This is the case EVEN IF the user has never had an Articulate account. I created a brand new email and confirmed. Pretty poor interface.
