Hello !
I just got that "problem" by testing with my email and yes it kept asking me to login even if I click "Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment".... even if i did log out from Articulate.
A colleague helped me by adding a comment using her own email (knowing she never worked with Articulate) and it worked perfectly.
