Review 360 requiring Articulate account holders to sign in to leave feedback
Hello - I am also experiencing this issue with my reviewers. I've tested incognito on Google Chrome and Safari and it continues to redirect me to a login page. I've also checked the Feedback settings and it is already set to Allow Users Without Articulate Accounts to Comment. This user does and the account I tested with are not emails that ever had Articulate accounts. Please advise on how to resolve.

Please reach out to our support team by opening a case here so we can check our records to confirm if the email addresses that you are using to leave comments are associated with any Articulate IDs. If they are, the original owners of those accounts can separately open support cases if they would like to request for their Articulate IDs to be deleted.

Hi Joe,
The issue I reported is for users that have never had an Articulate account, I tested with a Hotmail account that is my personal account and one that has never had an Articulate account associated with it. What is the solution for this scenario?
