Review 360: Unable to paste text into comment/reply box.

I published a Storyline project in Review 360, and I need to paste a block of text as a reply to my customer. I used to be able to do this, but for the past week, I cannot paste text into the reply field. Attempting to paste text causes the field to freeze up and then I am unable to type into the box. I have to refresh the page in order to unlock it. I am able to type into the comment field as long as I have not tried to paste anything into it. Any ideas on how to fix this?

The text is approximately 2000 characters. I am unsure if there is a maximum length for comments that could be causing this problem. If so, what is the character limit for comments?

I have already tried to troubleshoot this on my own without any change in results. I have used both Chrome and Edge browsers, I have tried on 2 different computers, I have ran all updates for both Articulate and my computer, rebooted, logged out and in again, cleared all temp files and cache, and republished the file from Storyline. I have also tried this in several of my projects in review. Same results across the board; I am unable to paste text. Open to any other ideas or suggestions. Thanks.

    I'm sorry you've hit this snag regarding pasting Review 360 comments; I appreciate the troubleshooting you've already done!

    You are correct; there's a limit of 1,500 characters for Review comments. This prevents the text of ~2,000 characters from being pasted in the comments field. I recommend running the text through a site or software that can count the characters before pasting it to ensure it does not exceed the limit. Examples are Notepad ++ and Microsoft Word.
