Review Email notificiations to SMEs - Review
Hello
Can I suggest a tweak to the email notifications in Review?
When an SME reviewer's requested changes are completed by the author, often explanatory comments are entered and the POST button is pressed.
- Could the generated email sent back to the SME also include a copy of the SME's original comments for context?
This would save the SME from having to navigate to the Review page on numerous occasions.
Do you know how I can see what the email looks like? I put info in the invitation to the reviewer but I have no way to see what I wrote.

In Review 360, when 'Requesting Review,' the user has the option to include a personal message. This message will be visible on your end, as well as included in the e-mail sent to your reviewers.
Are you referring to additional language that may appear in the e-mail? If so, Review 360 does include a default greeting in the e-mail: [AUTHOR NAME] has requested your review on: [COURSE TITLE].
Currently, Review 360 doesn't support opening the full e-mail message prior to sending a Review Request.
Actually, what I'm saying is I'd like to see what I wrote in the box after I've sent it. I asked my manager to forward the email she got because I can see from your screen shot that it's included in her email. I wanting a way to see that as well. Like if it could copy me on the message it sends to her. Or if I could see it in Articulate/Review somewhere.
She also said that she didn't see anything I wrote, and I wanted to confirm that. I actually typed a bulleted list there but now have no access to the list.
