Review Quiz slide bug
I have 2 quiz banks in a project. I have set it up to only review incorrect answers and when revisiting to automatically decide.
One shows the feedback for all the questions with the correct/incorrect popup
For the second one I am only getting a red bar for 1 question from the bank and nothing else.
I want both the quizzes to show all the questions in the bank without showing the correct answer ( similar to the attached screenshot - Want it to look like this) but it is not doing that for the second question bank,
What am i doing wrong?

That does sound frustrating, especially when one bank is behaving exactly the way you expect and the other isn’t. In most cases like this, the difference comes down to the Results Slide setup.
If the Results Slide is set to review only incorrect questions, it will only display the questions answered incorrectly in that bank. To show all questions during review, you’ll want to change that setting to review all questions.
It’s also worth double-checking that the Results Slide for the second bank is tracking the correct question draw. If it’s pointing to something different, the review won’t match the first quiz even if everything else looks the same.
