Review slide storyline

Dear Community, 

I'm posting this message because I'm encoutering an issue with a training I created in StoryLine.
At the end of the training, I added a quiz. At the end of this quiz, I added a "Review" button. When you click on this button, you go back to the first question of the quiz and you can go through all the right and wrong answers.
Everything works fine when I'm in the Storyline environment.

However, I've posted the training in our Successfactors learning Management System (SF LMS) from SAP and there I can follow the whole training without any problem, answer the quiz, but when I click on the "review" button, I go back to the first question of the quiz but a black screen appears (see attachment) and I can't do anything, go back or change slide. 

Do you know what's causing this issue and how I can fix it?
