Review tool glitch

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing issues with the Review tool? This has been happening for a while now.

Articulate Rise works perfectly until I open the Review tool to view colleagues’ feedback. After that, I am repeatedly logged out of both Review and Rise. It feels like the system struggles to run both at the same time.

I’ve raised this before and have been advised to clear cache/history, but unfortunately that hasn’t made any difference.

Any advice or similar experiences would be much appreciated.
