Review360 Not Linking Comments to Accurate Screenshots
I am having this issue as well, in both Edge and Chrome and both are up-to-date.
Hello AngelaGomez! Thank you for letting us know this is happening in both Edge and Chrome even though they are up to date. Do you know if this is happening with every course in Review 360 or just a specific one? If possible, could you share the Review 360 link with us? If it includes sensitive information like coworker names, I'd recommend sharing it with us privately in a support case.

I renamed the file and republished the Review 360 link, which seemed to fix the issue.

That's not an option when you've got team collaboration that is already established on a review link, nor does that fix the issue, that falls on Articulate.
