Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
Since you're already working locally, I recommend following the instructions here to repair your Storyline 360 installation. The procedure listed in the article does more than just reinstalls the application, as it makes sure that the installer has sufficient rights to perform a proper install before reinstalling Storyline 360.
