Rise - Adding Alt Text Tag to the Theme Photo

Thanks for reaching out! 

Currently the theme photo (cover photo) doesn't have an option to add alt text. I'll pass it along to our team as a feature idea though - as I know we're still adding items that support accessibility in Rise! 

Is there any progress on this with your current accessibility updates? 

If we're adding alt text tag function to all images, seems the cover or theme photo should be included.  Please add me to list for requesting this.  Thanks!

Hi Teresa! There aren't any plans to have Alt text for the cover photo at this time. 

If we do make any changes that help, this can be found in our accessibility progress in our journal here. You can follow along with our current progress and plans for accessibility.

Agreed, please add alt text to all images!

My Rise product just failed a 508 review because I can't add alt text to the course logo on the Theme.  Articulate, please prioritize this, because we can't have our lessons failing 508 or it won't get out the door.
