Rise - Adding hotspot in a video
Hi,
I want to create a video in which there are several moments where the video will stop and wait for the user to click on a specific place to restart the video (hotspot).
I develop training for an application. I will say, for instance: "Click on the menu". I then want to pause the video until they click on that specific area. I know Camtasia allows you to build such interactivity, but will it work if I implemented in Rise? Can I do it directly in Rise? If I have a supplier doing it for me, what are the requisites I need to ask them to make sure it is working?

Hi Genevieve, thanks for reaching out! Adding hotspots isn't a feature in Rise, but you can definitely do this in Storyline 360. Please see this article about Hotspots in Storyline 360. After creating this in Storyline 360 you can publish to Review and insert it as a Storyline Block. Here's how to add Storyline Blocks in Rise 360. Hope that helps!
