RISE - Cannot upload Cover Photo
While the site was down yesterday i was working on a project. I tried to upload a cover photo. Well, that is when i heard about the site issues. Today everything was fine and I completed the project...

I was able to add a pdf to my Rise course:
I'm going to assume that you probably cannot share your file since you mention being on a government network, but feel free to try the pdf I'm sharing here and let me know if that works for you as well.
Thanks for your comment! I got some great and very timely help from both Chat and help and we agreed that it was a glitch - I was able to upload again within about an hour.
