Rise - Can't turn off restricted navigation!

I've tried making a duplicate of the course, emptying the cache of the browser, changing the browser but to no avail!

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
It sounds like you've already set the correct configuration to disable restricted navigation for your course. Have you tried testing in a new course to see if you can consistently replicate the issue? Or is this happening to only this one course?
If the issue is consistent, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing. We'll delete it when we're done!
