Rise - Collapsible Sections in Left Menu
Hi there,
I noticed today that my Rise courses now have the ability for the user to collapse the sections of the left menu. This is a great addition! Thanks!
Two questions...
1) Is it possible to have the menu launch with all of them collapsed rather than all open? I didn't see a way to do this.
2) Any chance the same functionality will be available for the menu that is on the Overview page?

I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360! This update adds the following feature:
- Automatically collapse sections in sidebar and compact navigation.
There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to publish your Rise 360 course again.

I want to jump in and reiterate how incredibly useful this feature would be.
We are now four pages into this request. Unfortunately, every time someone replies with their thoughts, I receive an email that reminds me of the lack of responsiveness from Articulate. No, I won't turn off the reply because one day their might be good news :-)
Hey guys - i think it is quite obvious the call for this feature and the fact that it has been an open request for over three years says a lot. Is this actually on your roadmap given the number of requests on multiple threads around this very same topic? This is a critical user experience function that should be a high priority as opposed to some of the latest releases for Rise.

I've just been asked for the same functionality and can't believe its been an open request for over 3 years. Any updates - can this be done as a priority now?
Please add my name to this feature - we currently service 6 languages in one course by section. It would be a great user experience if the sidebar appeared collapsed and the user could expand only their language.
Although this thread is a couple of years old I'd like to add my vote to the ability to auto collapse sections in the left menu.
