Rise - Disable forward seeking in AUDIO

Is there a function that will disable forward seeking for AUDIO files? This function is available for video and is a useful tool, and it would be equally beneficial for audio.
If not, are ...
In case it is helpful, because we publish courses with some audio blocks that are important for learners to hear, I concur with the need to restrict fast forwarding of audio tracks.
