Rise 360 - can we use a group distribution email to add as a collaborator?
Can a distribution group email be used when adding collaborators to an elearn? I found a discussion on creating an Everyone group, but it's not clear if that was talking about emails, or is it just ...
UPDATE!
Just asked a colleague, and they let me know how to do this.
Go to your Rise Dashboard, find your course and click the three dots on the right if in list view, or the three dots on the course in grid view.
Select the "Share Settings" option.
Click in the "Enter name, email, or group" field, and "Everyone" will show in the dropdown. Select "Everyone", and change to Manager if needed, but defaults to Editor.
